Brand New Air Management System in each Space.

Our new air filtration system is not only more energy efficient with a lower carbon footprint than conventional HVAC systems … it helps deliver clean indoor air that is safe and healthy for you and your employees.

When we set out to rethink this building space we looked for leading HVAC solutions to help align our vision with yours. These are things you’ve been asking for to keep you and your employees safe and productive.

We came up with some great solutions that we’re implementing in the air distribution system starting with 4 VAV rooftop units by Daikin (model RPS100D) (link) utilizing MERV 13 filters. Together these units provide 85% efficiency when dealing with harmful pathogens, particles and odors. 

In addition, we are installing Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization units (NPBI) throughout the building. These Global Plasma Solutions (GPS) (link) units help provide a clean indoor environment that is not only safe, but healthy.

Our green walls and expansive outdoor work/play space round out just a few of the features we’re implementing to make Great River Corporate Center a great place for you and your employees to be.

Green Walls help purify the air naturally, while creating a much more quiet environment.

Air Quality:

Plants naturally filter CO2, dust, and pollutants, and leave us with oxygen. Only one square meter of living wall removes 2.3 kilograms of CO2 annually … all while leaving 1.7 kilograms of oxygen. The plants absorb other things in the air and use them for food.

A Quiet Lobby:

These living walls also help cut high frequency noise, which is especially useful in the lobby where lots of different conversations often drown out your important interactions.

Well Being:

Studies have also shown employees who work in spaces with Green Walls and plants are absent less frequently, while having a higher sense of well-being.
